Pargesoft is in Microsoft’s Global Reference List with its WATAN HRM Project!

Founded in 2012 in Turkey as a non-governmental organization, WATAN aims to help people and support communities with more than 100 employees in Turkey, United Kingdom, USA and Jordan. Providing emergency support services, supporting voluntary projects and long-term international projects, WATAN focuses particularly on projects intended for relieving immigrants, women and children economically.

“The impact of “Dynamics 365 Human Resources solutions on our processes has exceeded our expectations”

Abdulhadi Dele, HR Director of WATAN stated that they decided to make use of Microsoft’s sophisticated and cost-efficient services with the supervision and support of Pargesoft, Microsoft’s solution partner, in a period which they were looking for ways to save time by modernizing HR processes and achieve cost efficiency in several processes. Abdullah Dele said the following: “At WATAN, all the aspects of HR processes were managed manually. This caused both an increase in costs and loss of time. Searching the personnel information of an employee manually when needed, signing some documents and collecting documents physically were our urgent needs at the time. Since information and regulations are always updated, it is not easy to follow this process at HR through human effort only. Therefore, we needed an effective automation system to save time and energy at HR.”

Installing the Dynamic 365 Human Resources based on their insights about data-based automation, and immediately starting to use it, WATAN has switched to a new personnel experience that is powered by database in many fields including performance feedback, training and certification, compensations, additional allowances, annual leave days, self-service programs etc. In addition to this, it has contributed to achieving more transparency to donors and better reporting. Abdulhadi Dele stated that, it is now possible to follow the monthly and yearly objectives of all their employees thanks to this platform. Dele continued as follows: “We manage performance assessments and employee surveys on a single panel. We can register the leaves of employees in a matter of a minute. On the other hand, it has become so much easier to observe what results are achieved when our employees need to carry out several works simultaneously. We can track the activities and needs of our teams through the platform. We also conduct job interviews on Dynamics 365 Human Resources effectively. Our improved collaborative power allows our team to take innovative steps in critical times and develop their agility. This solution provided by Microsoft has far reached our expectations in the modernisation of our HR structure.”

Operational flow is faster with Dynamics 365 Human Resources

Ahmed Alelewi, HR Director of WATAN, emphasized that they saved time thanks to the services provided by the platform especially during the challenging COVID-19 period, and continued: “We conduct analysis much faster compared to the past, and register new employees to the system with a single click. Employees can also edit and omit their personal data, update their personal information, and then we approve such changes. We can say that this is one of the most advantageous aspects of the platform for us,” drawing attention to the fact that operational flow has become faster.

Müge Kisaalioğlu, Talent Product Director (HR Management Product Manager) of Pargesoft, said: “WATAN is the first Microsoft client to use Dynamics 365 Human Resources platform in this region. We especially cannot wait to enrich their systems by adding new features.”

WATAN aims to strengthen its communication with its employees by also starting to use the mobile application of the platform. The whole HR management structure of WATAN will have been automated in accordance with the special requirements of the organizational structure after administrative tools related to wage, compensation and additional allowances are also activated for use. In this way, it will be easier for WATAN to focus on the ongoing projects and create a more sustainable effect in its region. On the other hand, communities in need of support will be able to benefit from the activities of the organizations more effectively.
